Etsy Find: Glass Slippers

Any girl would dream of being Cinderella if the missing shoe was this T.L.C. Creation made from recycled and repurposed materials.

This exciting design has shards of broken glass over the toes and lots of crystals on the heels.  The sides of the shoes are covered with a collage of glass, pearl and Swarovski crystal embellishments.

And just like Cinderella’s shoe was made specifically for her foot, you too can customize your glass slipper with or without the spikes. You also have the option of requesting shorter spikes (1/2 inch spikes instead of one inch long spikes).

They have a 5 1/2 inch stilleto heel and are available in UK size 3-8 which will fit US size 5 -10 or EU 36 -41.

Etsy Find: Personalized Bridal Hanger

I haven’t shared any Etsy goodies lately but in a recent Pinterest sweep, I discovered this little treat.  It’s a personalized wedding dress hanger by Etsy artisan, DelfinasCreations.

At only $15.00, it makes for a perfect bridal shower gift and is the perfect wedding day accessory on which the bride can elegantly drape her wedding gown. This particular design would make the perfect “something blue”.

I recently subscribed to Etsy and it’s added a whole new element to my marathon web-surfing (and buying) experience.  The entire site is dedicated to the buying, selling and creating of handmade goods and features some really great talent.  More often than not the prices are very affordable although we all know the true price of knowing you have something truly unique is PRICELESS. All of that to say, sign up and if you’re crafty, join…its pretty cool. I thought I’d share these engraved cake forks created by Etsy artisan, Beach House Living.  Ranging in cost from $22.50 to $49, this uniquely tattooed flatware is delicately hammered to showcase your phrase of choice.  I think it makes a perfect bridal shower gift and is the perfect wedding day accessory with which the bride and groom can enjoy their first piece of wedding cake.  Delicious!
